You can help save this unique piece of entertainment and social history!

Don't delay! Enlist today!!

The Friends of the Britannia Panopticon received charitable recognition in 1999 and was established to assist the Britannia Panopticon Music Hall trust in its campaign to raise public awareness and ultimately restore this unique and valuable little auditorium.

In 2016 we became the Friends of Britannia Panopticon Music Hall Trust SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation) which gives us the same powers as a company limited by guarantee. This means that now not only will your subscription go towards the conservation of the building, it will also go towards achieveing our long term goal as a SCIO: to buy the building.

As a friend your subscription or donation will be valuable in furthering the campaign. Your help and support will help to ensure that this little piece of variety and cinematic history will survive for future generations to enjoy as a museum of popular entertainments, visitor attractions and Music Hall offering a taste of 19th century nights out.

In return for your support and membership. You will receive;

  • ·      A bi-annual newsletter
  • ·      Information about any events/exhibitions/shows and programmed activities
